Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager with expertise in Ford vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Ford vehicles and extensive knowledge of their parts and components.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee the parts department, including ordering, stocking, and inventory control
– Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to technicians and customers
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
– Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to optimize profitability
– Create and execute marketing strategies to promote parts sales
– Train and mentor parts department staff to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience working in a parts department, with a focus on Ford vehicles
– Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
– A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
– ASE certification in parts management
– Experience working with Ford dealership software systems
– Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
