Job Description
Role Purpose:
Looking for a Fulfilment Consultant to join a high-performing team and play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient order processing by applying fulfilment methods and system knowledge
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Centre of Excellence (COE) KPIs and service ratings
- Enhance the customer buying experience through professional service, system utilisation, and process compliance
- Support customer queries, complaints, and general enquiries by applying sound problem-solving techniques
- Execute order management tasks and administration, following through from order placement to final delivery
- Ensure all processes are adhered to and aligned with the company’s operational excellence standards
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- BCom Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Supply Chain
- 2 years’ experience in a related order fulfilment or customer service environment
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer orientation
- Computer literate: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook), Internet navigation, ERP systems, LTQ, and OCR
- Attention to detail and accuracy-driven
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage conflict situations effectively
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
