Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Technician Service Diagnostic to join our team and provide technical support and assistance to customers in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, coordinating service appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in person
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to products or services
– Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely and efficient service delivery
– Communicate with customers to provide updates on service requests and ensure overall satisfaction
– Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals
– Keep accurate records of customer interactions and service results
– Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and service delivery
– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide the best possible service to customers

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred
– 2+ years of experience in a technical support or service role
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve technical issues
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
– Familiarity with various technical tools and software applications
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
– Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
