Ensure overall success of all sales activities as well as meeting the financial and service targets
Job Description
- Plan, organize & track sales progress within the framework of MAN Bus Sales Retail Sales Management.
- Prepare proposals & determine the sales strategy with the Head of Bus Sales Management.
- Prepare the UPL with the Head of Bus Sales, discuss sales targets in the framework of the UPL/RVP.
- Compare planned and actual sales targets and results of the sales staff.
- Prepare action plans in the event of any deviations from the original sales plan.
- Identify areas of concern in sales and complete workable action plans.
- Manage and support sales staff and affiliated dealers (supervise quality of customer support).
- Monitor & improve sales staff performance based on regular performance review sessions & agreed KPAs.
- Support Sales Staff with customer acquisition.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration.
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
Skills:
- Demonstrate integrity and honesty in dealing with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
- Customer focused with a results driven approach.
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
- Strategic sales planning.
- Able to make decisions.
Experience:
- Experience as a Sales Manager – 6 years.
