Born in Alberton, Built for the South & East Rand 
Let’s be honest, the big job boards are a bit of a mission. They’re expensive, they’re cold, and half the time, you’re sifting through irrelevant CVs from people who would have to commute 2 hours just to get to the office.
JobGround wasn’t started by a tech company in a glass tower. It was started in a recruitment office right here in Alberton.
After 15 years in the recruitment game with KLB Recruitment, I’ve seen it all. But more importantly, I felt the pain points of every time I had to pay a small fortune just to post a single advert. It hit me: if a specialist recruiter is feeling the pinch, how on earth is a small local business, the bakery in Edenvale, the workshop in Alrode, or the boutique in JHB South supposed to find good people without breaking the bank?
