Job Description
Main Purpose of the Job
We are offering a Stores Learnership opportunity for motivated and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge in warehouse and inventory management. This learnership combines structured learning with on-the-job training, providing you with a recognized qualification upon successful completion.
Education, experience and competencies
- Grade 12/Matric certificate with Mathematics and English.
- Tertiary qualification in Stock controller/inventory management or supply chain management
- Computer literacy (Syspro is an advantage).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock.
- Support inventory management by ensuring accurate stock counts and proper storage.
- Participate in picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
- Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and other tools to manage inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Complete required learnership training modules and assessments
