Job Description
Hyundai East Rand is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in our dealership by providing exceptional customer service and managing the service needs of our clients’ vehicles. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and listen to their service needs
– Schedule appointments and communicate service expectations with customers
– Liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work
– Provide accurate estimates and quotes for service work
– Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle during the service process
– Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
– Upsell additional services to customers as needed
– Maintain accurate records of all service transactions
– Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
– Previous experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
– Knowledge of Hyundai vehicles and their service requirements preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong customer service orientation
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
– Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
– Proficient computer skills
– Valid driver’s license
